Bookings
To secure your preferred appointment, we recommend booking early as our schedule fills up quickly. You can book via Instagram or email.

For first-time patients, a $100 deposit is required to confirm your appointment, which is redeemable on treatments or products.
If you use your deposit, a new deposit will be required for your next appointment.
Your appointment is confirmed once we receive your deposit.
We can hold your appointment time for up to one hour, after which it may be offered to other clients if in high demand.
If using a credit or gift voucher, please inform us when booking.

Arrival
We are located at 654 Bell Street, Preston 3072.
To ensure appointments run on time, please arrive 5 minutes early. For first-time patients, please allow an additional 10 minutes to complete forms before being escorted to your appointment.
Parking is available on Mount Street, as we do not have on-site parking.
Upon arrival, please wait in the Self Growth Institute reception area, and our team will greet you.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. We will make one attempt to contact you, but if we are unable to reach you, both your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & No Shows
We kindly ask that you be mindful when booking appointments.
Cancellations made without at least 48 hours' notice or no-shows will result in the full loss of your deposit.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but we require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your session, including any deposits or gift vouchers.
As it can be difficult to fill spots on short notice, we appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, ensuring both your needs and the clinics are met efficiently.

Our Clinic Guidelines
At SKYNN, we kindly ask that you turn off or silence your mobile phone to help maintain a peaceful environment for all clients.
To ensure a calm atmosphere, we request that children, babies, and prams not be brought into the clinic, except for minors requiring a parent or guardian for consent.
We also do not treat children under 13 for safety reasons.
For everyone's comfort, we ask that no friends or family members accompany you in the treatment room, as space is limited.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the best experience possible.

COVID-19
At SKYNN, the health and safety of our clients and team is our top priority.
Our staff are fully vaccinated and even wear masks throughout some treatments if needed.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, we kindly ask that you contact us within a minimum of 48 hours to reschedule your appointment and to not wait until the day of your appointment.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this matter.

Medical and Lifestyle Updates
Please inform a staff member prior to booking if you are taking, stopped or starting any medications, are pregnant or trying to conceive, undergoing cancer treatment, or receiving any ongoing medical care.
It is very important to be completely transparent with your skin professional about medications, pregnancy, or any other health concerns that may impact your treatment.
Medical clearance from your GP or healthcare provider managing your medical condition confirming that it is safe for you to proceed with treatments will be required.
