• REFUND POLICY

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note that returns are not accepted through the post. To initiate a return, you must visit our clinic in person.

    Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your product upon collection at the reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
    You may return skincare products if they are found to be faulty and you can provide proof of the manufacturing defect. Please note that returns will not be accepted for any items that have been altered, used or change of mind. If an allergic reaction has occurred and you can provide proof, we are able to offer you a credit to your account; however, we do not provide refunds. This credit can be used towards your next appointment or on another skincare product, internal powder, capsule or lip product offered solely by SKYNN. Additionally, for hygiene reasons and regulatory compliance, we cannot accept returns on internal powders or lip products - subject to availability. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    If you have followed our refund policy terms and conditions, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically get the same amount credited to your account that can be used towards treatment or another skincare product. There is no expiry on credit on our patients accounts.
