At SKYNN, an initial consultation is required prior to any treatments. During this consultation, we will review your medical history, address your skin concerns, and conduct a thorough skin assessment to develop a tailored treatment plan and at-home regimen. We are committed to educating our clients, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your skin and the treatments we recommend for optimal results.

A deposit is required to secure your consultation. If you wish to receive treatment on the same day, please inform our team in advance so we can allocate sufficient time for your appointment. Without prior notice, your appointment will be scheduled for a consultation only, with any treatments arranged for a separate session.

While we prefer to see you in person for a comprehensive assessment, we understand that distance or time constraints may be a factor.

For your convenience, we also offer virtual consultations. Please note that only so much can be addressed through video chat.

A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

After speaking with our admin team, we will send you a link to make your deposit.

Once we receive a screenshot of your deposit confirmation, your appointment will be confirmed.

Please note, we can temporarily reserve your slot for up to one hour. If the deposit is not received within that time and the slot is in high demand, it may be offered to other clients.

Your deposit can be applied towards treatments or skincare products, but a new deposit will be required for future bookings if used.

Deposits will be securely stored on file and will remain valid until used.

To ensure a smooth and timely experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary forms at the SGI Psychological Services reception area.

Please note that arriving late will result in a shortened session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, SKYNN retains the right to cancel your booking in order to uphold our schedule.

We will make one attempt to contact you during this time. However, if we are unable to reach you, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.
