What is Melanopeel?
Melanopeel is a safe and effective treatment specifically designed to reduce pigmentation caused by melanin. This topical solution targets dark spots and blemishes in the outer layer of your skin, helping to clear and brighten your complexion.
By blocking melanin production, Melanopeel effectively lightens these spots while rejuvenating your skin. It also encourages the shedding of dead skin cells and boosts collagen production, which can help prevent signs of ageing and improve overall skin texture.
-
What are the main characteristics and effects?
This comprehensive Melanopeel pack includes three essential products for professional treatments, along with two homecare maintenance items.
It is a complete set designed for tackling hyperpigmentation while revitalising the skin deeply.
Darkening of the pigment may occur during the process, but this is a normal part of the treatment. The pigment needs to come to the surface before it begins to shed, so there's no need to worry—it is not a negative side effect, just a natural step in the process.
-
Who is it recommended for?
Dark spots, melasma, and post acne hyperpigmentation scarring.
This treatment is ideal for clients seeking to remove pigmentation as effectively as possible in a single treatment, rather than just lightening it over a period of time.
Please note that a consultation is necessary before preparing for this treatment. Once the consultation is complete, we will order a pack for you while you get yourself prepped.
-
How often can I get it done?
The Melanopeel is a highly effective and strong chemical peel, designed to target deeper pigmentation and skin concerns.
Because of its potency, we recommend having this treatment done only once a year for the face.
This ensures that your skin has ample time to recover and regenerate between treatments, preventing any potential irritation or sensitivity from repeated use.
By spacing out your Melanopeel treatments, you can safely achieve the best possible results without overloading your skin, while still addressing stubborn pigmentation and signs of ageing effectively.
-
Does Melanopeel hurt?
During and immediately after your Melanopeel treatment, you may experience mild itchiness, tingling, heat, or stinging as the active ingredients exfoliate your skin.
This is normal and should subside quickly. In the following days, you may notice redness, tightness, or slight peeling as your skin sheds.
Over the next 6 months, you will see gradual improvements in texture, pigmentation, and radiance, with collagen production helping to reduce fine lines and hyperpigmentation.
Some peeling may occur in the first week, so following aftercare instructions is key to protecting and nourishing your skin.
By the end of your 6-month journey, you can expect a more even skin tone and healthier-looking complexion.
